What's Included?

Each share includes a balanced mix of cuts based on how a steer naturally breaks down:

Prime Cuts (20 - 25%) - These are your premium cuts, best for grilling or special meals. May include: Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, T-Bone, Filet, Flank, Fajita

Mid-Tier Cuts (35 - 40%) - These are versatile, everyday cuts that are great for slow cooking, roasting, or braising. May include: Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, Breakfast Sausage, Sausage Links, Tenderized Round Steak, Cube Steak/Cutlets, Tri-Tip

Ground & Everyday Cuts (35 - 45%) - These are the most practical, everyday cuts that make up a large portion of the animal. May include: Ground Beef, Stew/Kabob Meat, Burger Patties, Summer Sausage, Snack Sticks, Soup Bones, Liver/Heart/Tongue/Oxtail (if requested)

We are a small farm raising a limited number of cattle each year.

The Beef Share allows us to:

• manage inventory sustainably
• provide consistent access to our customers

This is not a curated steak box - it’s a balanced share of a real animal.

We only open a limited number of shares each year based on how many cattle we raise.

Once shares are filled, enrollment closes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often do I receive beef?

Beef is distributed in a processing waves throughout the year based on when our cattle are ready to be harvested. We’ll reach out when we have additional availability so you have the opportunity to keep your freezer stocked.

Will I have beef throughout the year?
Yes, that’s the goal of the program. Between scheduled distributions and additional availability throughout the year, you’ll have consistent access to our beef.

What cuts will I receive?
Each share includes a balanced mix of cuts including steaks, roasts, and ground beef, based on the whole animal. We do our best to keep boxes practical and useful for everyday cooking.

Do I need a large freezer?
No. Beef is distributed in manageable amounts throughout the year, not all at once. Most households find their existing freezer space is sufficient.

Can I choose my cuts?
Boxes are curated to reflect the whole animal, but we try to keep them flexible when possible.

What happens when shares fill up?
We only offer a limited number of shares each year. Once all spots are filled, enrollment closes until the next opening.
